Recommended use

It can be used for anti-corrosion and decorative coating on the working surfaces of metal doors and windows, electrical equipment, engineering machinery, large-scale steel structure buildings, and other metal and steel structure.

Coating requirement

1. Remove rust, welding slag(welding fume), dust and oil from the surface of the workpiece before painting to ensure that the surface of the workpiece is free of oil, rust, welding slag(welding fume) and dust. Then carry out sand blasting treatment, which should reach the Sa2.5 level as stipulated in GB/T8923 “Rust Level and Descaling level of Steel Surface before Painting”, and the surface of the workpiece should be kept clean, dry and free of oil and grease after treatment.

2. After the surface treatment of the workpiece roll coating waterborne epoxy ester primer, primer roller coating the end of the first time, the first natural drying 15min-20min, for the middle coating roll the second roller coating, the second roller coating the end of the second time, the natural drying 15min-20min, before the roller coating of waterborne alkyd surface roll. After the finish of surface roll coating, it should be naturally leveled and dried for 12h before stacking.
