Product Overview

This product is formulated with waterborne acidic resins as the film-forming material, and incorporates imported high light fastness anti-rust pigments, anti-rust agents, nano-functional additives, and other materials. It does not contain anti-rust pigments with high levels of heavy metals such as chromium or lead.

Scope of application

Suitable for outdoor metal doors and windows, electrical equipment, and large-scale steel buildings (structures) and metal products with higher requirements for weather resistance and decorative effects.

Construction instructions

1. The performance of a coating is usually proportional to the degree of surface treatment. Applied over the matching paint, the surface is required to be clean and dry, free of impurities such as oil, floating dust, etc.

2. Must be stirred before construction, such as viscosity is too large, can add clean water dilution to the construction viscosity, in order to ensure the thickness of the paint film, we recommend that the amount of water for the weight of the original paint 0% to 10%.

3. The use of multi-channel construction, after a painting must be in the previous paint film surface dry before proceeding.

4. Relative humidity less than 85%, construction surface temperature greater than 10 ℃ and greater than the dew point temperature of 3 ℃.

5. Rain, snow, weather can not be outdoor construction, such as construction, can be taken with a tarpaulin cover and other ways to protect the paint film.
