Construction description

Surface treatment: The performance of the coating is usually proportional to the degree of surface treatment.

New steel: Sandblasted to Sa2 standard. If you need to temporarily protect the surface, apply an appropriate workshop primer. The damaged workshop primer and contaminated parts should be cleaned up before spraying, and then recoated with this product. For other surfaces: Remove grease with a cleaning agent, and remove salt and other contaminants with high-pressure fresh water. Remove rust and loose coatings with sandblasting and power tools.

According to the normal requirements of the best construction conditions for construction, in a narrow space during construction and drying should be a lot of ventilation.

Application conditions: roll coating, brush coating, spraying, high pressure airless spraying is recommended to obtain a uniform good film.  Before the construction must stir evenly, such as viscosity is too large, can be diluted to the construction of clean water viscosity, in order to ensure the quality of paint film, we recommend adding water for the weight of the original paint 5% ~ 15% .

Multi-channel construction is adopted, and the latter coating must be carried out only after the previous paint film is dry.

The relative humidity is less than 85% , the construction surface temperature is more than 10 ° C and more than 3 ° C.

   Rain and snow can not be constructed outdoors, if the construction has been carried out, you can take measures such as covering with tarpaulin to protect the paint film.
