Construction description

1. Car body surface treatment

Clean, the whole (front axle, steering knuckle, kingpin, wheel hub) with special cleaning solution (chemical solvent) cleaning.

2. Construction equipment

Spray gun: W-200 Air spray gun (caliber 2.0mm)

3. Ambient temperature and humidity conditions

Temperature 5 degrees to 35 degrees, humidity less than 75%

4. Spray appearance requirements

The whole sample is sprayed with a unified paint for the bottom surface of the water-borne car sedan, which requires the surface to be smooth, smooth, full and without particles.

5. Adjust the construction viscosity

Stir the original paint evenly, add 10% water to stir evenly, and test spray with coating 4# cup with a viscosity of 54s.

6. Spraying process

The whole sample is sprayed with the integrated paint for the bottom surface of the waterborne car sedan. The whole part is sprayed first, and then the wheel hub is sprayed. The spraying order is from left to right. After 70℃ drying for 14min.

7. Dry

After the end of the water-based car car special bottom surface integration paint, after 70℃ drying, the basic surface dry, and then the second spraying. Dry film thickness 60 microns, 80 degrees bake for 30 minutes.
