1. Product features:

It is made of epoxy resin, iron oxide red, anti-rust pigment and solvent, and epoxy curing agent is added in proportion when used. The paint has excellent anti-rust properties, excellent water resistance, adhesion toughness and solvent resistance.

2. Instructions for use:

(1) Use: suitable for steel surface anticorrosion, rust prevention and oil tank inner wall bottling, but also for Bridges, ship hulls, mining vehicles with high rust prevention requirements.

(2) Construction requirements:

Recommended number of coating lines: airless spraying, dry film 60-80um, brush or roll coating need to paint 2-3 lines.

After the matching paint: polyurethane topcoat, epoxy topcoat, epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, etc.

Surface treatment: Oxidized steel, sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade.

Non-oxide steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5 or grinding to St3 with elastic grinding wheel.

Steel coated with shop primer: polished to St3 by sweeping sandblasting or elastic grinding wheel

Construction conditions: substrate temperature must be above 3℃ dew point temperature. When the outdoor construction temperature is lower than 0℃, the reaction of epoxy in the curing agent stops, and it is not suitable for construction. The relative humidity is not more than 85%.

3. Precautions:

Storage period of one year.
