1. Product characteristics.

The paint is composed of high chlorinated polyethylene resin, modified resin, plasticizer, weathering pigment, auxiliaries, solvent, etc. It has excellent weathering resistance; chemical atmospheric corrosion resistance; rapid drying; strong adhesion; low-temperature construction; good resistance to high and low temperatures, easy to use; good flame retardancy and mold resistance. The coating has strong adhesion to various steel structures, concrete facilities and other surfaces.

2. Usage instructions.

(1) Uses.

The paint can be widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, machinery and other industries of various industrial equipment and facilities of the surface corrosion.

(2) Construction requirements.

Recommended number of coats: two coats, dry film 60-80μm.

Pre-coating paint: high chlorinated polyethylene intermediate paint, high chlorinated polyethylene iron red primer

Surface treatment: The coated surface must be thoroughly cleaned before construction, so that there is no rust, no oil, no water stains, no dust, etc. on the coated surface.

Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3℃. Construction temperature 5℃～35℃. Relative humidity is not more than 85%.

3. Caution.

Ventilation, fire prevention and other measures should be done during painting operation. Storage period is one year .
