Product characteristics.
Vinyl resin has the superior physical properties of epoxy resin and the fast hardening of unsaturated polyester, easy and convenient processing and molding performance, excellent chemical resistance, in the face of high concentrations of acid, alkali and salt solvent environment can show superior corrosion resistance.
Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Electroplating plant, battery plant, chemical plant; chemical storage area or barrel tank; large water tank, electrolytic pool, etc; sewage, wastewater treatment tank, acid and alkali neutralization pool.
(2) Construction requirements.     
Base surface treatment: according to the condition of the plain ground to do the preparatory work of grinding, repair and dustproofing.
Vinyl primer: vinyl resin seepage in the appropriate proportion to add accelerator and curing agent, the plain ground scraping thin next, enhance surface adhesion.
Laying fiberglass cloth: place the fiberglass cloth smoothly, use the blended vinyl medium coating to adhere the fiberglass cloth to the ground, and use the batch knife to smooth the vinyl medium coating, so that it is evenly coated, according to the need to do one to three layers.
Vinyl medium coating: apply the blended vinyl medium coating evenly with a trowel one or two times.
Vinyl topcoat: trowel the vinyl topcoat and apply it evenly, after completion, the whole ground will be bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollow drum.
Construction completed: 24 hours before stepping. 72 hours before re-pressing, ( the temperature is 25℃ as the standard, low temperature open time should be moderately extended).

Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof and sun-proof.
